Lindsay Lohan, Hilary Duff, Kate Winslet and Nicole Richie -what have they got in common? They all lost a massive amount of weight. Since these fine ladies lost weight, EVERYBODY now wants to lose weight. We all search here and there for weight loss tips and do all these fad diets to get that skinny figure these celebrities possess. It is sad though because some celebrities lose weight, become skinny, look great, but become unhealthy. Some people starve themselves to lose weight and become skinny; it is either they do not eat, or they expel what they consume before they actually digest it. Thing is, not eating will only make your weight-loss progress slower. Your metabolism, which makes you burn fat and stuff, slows down when you do not eat. Slow metabolism, means slower burning of fat; which means that no matter how skinny you get because you do not eat, once you start eating again, you will bloat like a pump inflating a balloon. That is such because your metabolism has slowed down; therefore, your ability to burn fat & calories has slowed down. Your body can no longer process the food that you eat because it got so used to you starving yourself. I was able to come up with a few tips on how to loose weight and here they are:
1. No Chips
2. No Sweets
3. Low Carbs
4. High Protein
5. Thou shalt NEVER starve thyself
6. Thou shalt work-out religiously
7. Thou shalt eat 5-7 small, HEALTHY meals each day
8. Do not be afraid to eat a little more than usual; as long as what you are eating is healthy, then you are good.
Follow these rules, and I assure you, you WILL lose weight fast. I have proven this because I DID lose a lot of weight within a month of doing all that was mentioned above. Good luck!
