The Macarena Trend
Ok so yesterday, Kitkat & I were got so bored that we decided to talk in rhyme.. two lines each & this is what we were able to come up with:
What is this I see?
Everything is in perfect harmony!
Is this love?
Is it a blessing from God above?
But what about Juliet in the balcony?
Who’s waiting for her groom to be?
She sits & waits
As the Nurse organizes the feast's plates
And then she fell all over the place,
While Romeo ran out the gate!
She falls flat on Romeo’s face!
And Romeo was injured for many days
The nurse is the one to blame
And Montague said, "kill her" as the sun came
Out came the sun and so was Monatugue's sword
"No!.. 'Tis a burning sensation 'neath my right arm's pit!" was her final word
As she shouted these words, down came the crumbling fort
of the noble house of the Montagues, and all they did was fart.
'Tis a foul smell that spread 'round Verona
‘Tis the scent that brought about the retardation of Paloma
As soon as the smell reached the nose of Paloma,
She quickly did the Macarena.
And that is where the story ends,
The story of the majestic Macarena trend. This is what happens to poor teenagers when boredom strikes...

Illuminaris
I'm not exactly sure about what an illuminaris is but anyway I think it's a paperbag with a candle in it for lighting & mud for moisture [and in case it burns].
Last night was the soph night of ateneo, Ce Soir and man was it boring!.. It was so boring that we started tearing the paper of the "illuminaris" and burnt the pieces of paper on the candle.. We even ended up burning ONE illuminaris and it was like the most amusing thing that happened that night [what a way to catch everyone's attention at the beginning of the night! xD] The music was just so loud and song selections were bad.. and the whole program.. well.. I didn't really know how exactly the program went 'cause the whole time, I was just out, walking around the campus, away from the covered courts.. Despite the soph night's boredom, I had fun with the person I was with.. We just walked, talked.. and talked.. It was fun.. We walked in & out of the soph night venue.. walked around the campus.. sat down & chat.. we even went to the GESU.. it is so beautiful!.. We sat there & talked then suddenly we talked to the statue of Jesus in front of us and we got freaked out thinking that the statue would start moving & talk to us.. creepy!!.. haha.. so we decided to head back to the high school grounds & just sit down & chat.. Thanks to him, the night was awesome.. ^_^

Mix & Miss-matched!
We had a girl-boy interaction last Thursday with Xavier high and well.. It was.. okay?.. I mean come on.. The boy's population was half of the girls.. The venue (w/c were the college classrooms) was crappy [cramped-up classroom.. bad ventilation] and the food just really sucked.. Speaking of food, during our lunch break I asked the guys how they found the food our school prepared for us ['cause really.. my classmates & I thought it sucks!] and they said that it was GOOD.. GOOD?!? They say that it's better than the ones served in their school so I was like "wow.." haha.. well anyway.. My partner was well.. very timid.. i couldn't get eye-contact with him.. I mean I got eye-contact with his friends & classmates but man.. he's just sooo timid.. haha.. The program sucked.. we had some stupid dating game then after that some lady started talking about sex.. yes.. SEX.. and she was like "Sex is the most amazing experience".. bla bla bla.. I didn't listen to her for the next 10 minutes i guess?.. I just listened to my ipod & slept on my seat.. haha!.. then after the very awkard talk, there were performances from both sides.. honestly, i think the whole thing sucked.. thank God it was the dismissal time of my teammates from other batches when they started performing 'cause I was about to hang myself because of boredom.. I left 30 minutes earlier.. I snuck out with my junior teammates & we went to Mcdo.. haha!.. boy am I a bad girl.. haha.. oh well.. so much for that.. I better get going.. ^_^

A Wonderful Day Indeed
Today..
oh my gawd!!!.. today.. what a day.. Today's the day of the WNCAA volleyball championship juniors division and wow.. haha.. This morning when I woke up, all I could thing about was our game.. It's like, I couldn't control my body!.. Like I was all hyper & stuff.. When we got to the venue I thought: "Oh my gawd.. this is it!".. The game started.. I was shivering with fear & anxiety.. I dug balls.. missed a couple (which really sucked. XD) and saved some.. and the next thing I knew..
WE WON!!! Then came the awarding ceremony.. of course, as expected, the best tosser of the tournament is none other than our teamcap, Ivana Agbayani!!.. Best blocker is of course, "Great Wall of China" Cathy Barcelon.. and of course the Most Volleyball-- whoops haha.. Most VALUABLE Player, my "nanay" Averil Paje!!.. woooh!!.. way to go to the seniors!!.. you guys really rock!!.. ^_^.. hehe. oh and.. haha.. let's not forget.. so they were giving the awards already & then came the awarding of best libero.. "jersey number 10!" said the announcer and i was like "oh that's gotta be from st. scho.. Their libero's 10 too (i think) and i had tons of damn stupid errors.." when suddenly.. "from Miriam College" then i was like "That's my school.. --that's me!!.. haha.. ha.. ha!!.. OH MY GAWD!!".. haha.. man.. what a wonderful day indeed.. Then just this evening, my coach texted me.. i was so touched with what he said.. "I love you too my daughter".. aww!!.. damn.. I'm so so so happy he's my coach.. he's like the coolest, most awesome coach ever!.. I mean, coaches are known to be fashion disasters but our coach, he wears awesome faded jeans & cool vintage shirts.. he's got a great sense of style!.. but more than that, he taught us many things.. besides volleyball, he taught life & how it goes.. he led us to becoming great athletes.. he molded us into model students.. he made us strong.. he's one of the reasons why we're one great team.. he is our brother.. our best friend.. our dad.. without him, what would we be right now?...

Light At The End Of The Tunnel
Life has been such a living hell for me lately.. I'm losing my position as open spiker & now I'm stuck with being libero.. I really miss standing at the front line, digging balls from the left side of the court.. serving.. blocking.. but you know, if it takes sacrificing my old position to win the championships, then yes; I'll train hard & give my all on the position given to me.. School's been quite a drag too.. It's like, I'm in this pitch-black tunnel & I'm trying my best to find a way out of it but I jst couldn't.. But then came a little ray of hope in me.. It's like, I've seen the exit of the tunnel.. a small ray of hope coming out of it.. unfortunately, it seems so far.. To reach it, I must endure lots of obstacles.. It's gonna be a tough, dark, slippery & frustrating journey but let's just pray that in the end, when I reach that exit, my life will be like heaven only it's on earth.. I really wanna win the championships.. and I just really wanna have a fruitful high school life..
